Divorce Without Lawyers Phoenix

Is it possible to have a divorce without lawyers Phoenix? I live in the city and I have seen ads for all types of different attorneys. Some of them seem great and able to help an individual to find the type of help they need to get on with their lives when marriage does not work. Yet, there are others that seem to make the process long, costly and heartbreaking. So, what about the possibility of going without an attorney, is this a possible option for some people or is it something that is nearly required in today’s very legal based world? I want to know because, well, I am considering filing for divorce.

I did find some help with out of court solutions. This is my ultimately goal. I want to keep my divorce out of the public’s view and instead handled by me, my spouse and someone that is actually able to give us information and direction without making all the decisions for us. I have heard good things about collaborative divorce Phoenix professionals and hope to get the process going within the next few weeks. It is time to look for a solution since ultimately, it is just a process that I and my soon to be ex need to go through.

I have seen ads for several mediation services on television lately. Sounds as if this is the type of service you are looking for. I personally haven’t heard on one to recommend but think it is a good service.

I have also heard good things about the services available throught mediation. The main thing it does is prevent hard feelings between the parties which can lead to harsher treatment as time goes on. Look into it, the service works.

When you think about the overcrowding in our court systems and the huge costs of a divorce trial it just seems to make sense to use mediation rather than the court system.

My cousin Emma is a moderator with a firm in the west valley and has told some heartwarming stories about couples who have come to their firm not able to stand each other and leaving with a humane if not friendly understanding of what is best for all concerned. Mediation does work well.

Divorce is a private thing and you are right, it should be kept that way. Afterall, would you want to be the next episode of “Divorce Court”?
