Good Night

That is something that people who suffer from sleep apnea do not often experience - a good night of sleep. While they may think they are getting a good night’s sleep because they do not suffer from insomnia, if their sleep is interrupted by other sleep orders such as sleep apnea, they are actually not experiencing the kind of sleep that keeps the body functioning properly. People who have been diagnosed with sleep apnea often use a treatment plan that includes a sleep apnea machine.
This machine uses a technology called Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, or CPAP. A tube is used to connect the machine to a CPAP mask that is worn during sleeping. Just as the name implies, the machine provide a steady, continuous flow of pressurized air to the airways. This keeps the airways open and eliminates the episodes of not breathing associated with sleep apnea. If left untreated, sleep apnea can lead to an overall poor quality of life as well as very serious, and sometimes fatal, medical conditions such as high blood pressure and heart disease. If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, don’t leave your life to chance. Get the CPAP equipment you need to keep your body healthy.
