When my son, Zachary, was born, one of the most wonderful and unique gifts that he was given was a fleece photo blanket. His grandmother had taken a photo of him, taken at the hospital, and had it made into a blanket. I thought it was truly amazing and I had tears in my eyes when I saw the precious baby doll sleeping on the blanket. I was amazed at what a great heirloom it would make and I could not wait to give it to him one day when he had a child of his own.

It got me to thinking and doing some research into photo blankets. We had a lot of friends getting married and having babies and I thought it would make a wonderful gift for both weddings and for baby showers. I was surprised at the many beautiful things that we could have made from a simple photograph.

I gave my best friend, Jennie, a photo pillow for her wedding and she told me it was, by far the best gift she received (though I am sworn to never tell her mother that).I have decided that I shall never have to shop for gifts again, as I have found the perfect gift for absolutely everyone.
